She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Tabor and Essie Tabor (Gilpin); her husband William "Bill" Adkins; her children, William Michael Adkins, Connie Gail Adkins and Jimmi Sue Adkins; her granddaughter Jennifer Adkins; her siblings, Elizabeth Samson and Robert Tabor; and her sons-in-law, Douglas Horn, Ronald Nelson and Roger McGrew.
She is survived by: her children, Linda McGrew of Holden, Patty Nelson of Whitman, Jane Adkins (Alan) of Whitman, Robert Adkins (Barb) of Whitman and Jamie Adkins of Logan; her daughter-in-law Sandy Adkins; her sisters, Judy Hicks of Chapmanville and Betty Clark (Fred) of Logan; and her grandchildren, Mindy McGrew, Mark McGrew, Staci Freeman, Lisa Kitchen, Scott Nelson, William Horn, Josh Horn, Angela Apolinar and Tony Adkins. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
