He was predeceased by: his father John Henry; his wife Elise June Collins; his son Mark Kevin Collins; and his siblings, Susie Neace, Opal Perry, Mary Johnson, Virginia Williams, Lahoma Crum, Florence Mullins, James Collins, Paul Collins and Will Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Collins (Angie) of Scott Depot, Michelle Southers of Holden and Jennifer Stepp (LeRoy) of Varney; his daughter-in-law Johnna Taylor of Holden; his grandchildren, Brianna (Darren), Brook (Derek), Kristin (Jason), Kevin (Caleigh), Holly, Mandy, Leah, Mya, Jenna, Kayda, Hayley and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Abram, Calvin, Lathen and Amelia.
