He was predeceased by: his father Jeff Southers; his grandparents, Ermal, Birdie Southers, Doc and Merdi Kennedy; and his brothers, Scottie and Timmy Southers.
He is survived by: his mother Mary L. Southers Southers; his daughter Courtney Southers; his siblings, Robin Rakes (Steve) and Kevin Southers (Lahoma); and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Hensley (Jared), Holly Southers, Kevin Southers (Caleigh), Damian Rakes and Dylan Rakes.
