It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brent Thompson of Holden, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavon Thompson and Rick J. Thompson of Holden; his grandparents, Fred Thompson of Ethel, WV, Arnold, Ida Miller and Linda Tabor (Jim); his aunts and uncles, Donald Ray Miller, Denzil Miller, Frederick Thompson, Don Curtis, Jewell Curtis and Gwen Miller; and his cousin Gary Miller.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Thompson of Milton, WV; his stepchildren, Jeremy, James, Michael and Faith Damron of Justice Addition, WV; his brother Christopher Thompson (Katrina) of Chapmanville; his nephews, Christian and Noah Thompson of Chapmanville; his aunts and uncles, Terry Thompson (Kathy) of Chapmanville, Richard Thompson (Chris) of Culloden, James Tabor (Charlotte) of Hinton, Gene Miller (Ellen) of Joliet, IL, Larry Miller (Wanda) of Barboursville, Arnold Miller of Henlawson, Patricia Bova (Rick) of South Shore, KY, Bonita Chaney (Paul) of Ethel, Lana Cyfers (Richard) of Ranger and Drema Chafin of Holden; his godmother Sue Vance (Tennis) of Lake; his brother Chris Thompson; and his cousins, Richard Cyfers, Brian Chaney, Devin Cyfers and Michael Nelson.
