He is survived by: his parents, Tommy R. Meadows and Anita L. Hoke Meadows of Hilldale; and his siblings, Sandra Burns (Richard), Tommy R. "Sonny" Meadows of Hilldale, Regina Davis (C. W.), Michael C. Meadows Sr. (Gail) of Hilldale, Lorry Richmond (Squeekie) of Hilldale, Lisa Smith (Randy) of Hilldale and Jason K. Meadows of Barger Springs.
In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
