He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maddy and Adis Payne Maddy. He is survived by: his son Donald Wayne Maddy; his sister Jean Sharon Oney; his sons, Gary Allen Maddy and William Robert Maddy Jr.; and his brothers, Charles Wilson Maddy and Scott Maddy.
