He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Coleman and Esta Gwinn Hank; his son James Russell Hank; his daughter-in-law Linda Hank; and his sisters, Beulah Leslie and Jean Hank.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Campbell Hank; his son Mark Hank of Reading, MA.; his nephews, Jim Leslie and Coleman Leslie; and his niece Deloris Brandon.
