He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Taylor, Jr. and Ethel Mae Lovejoy Taylor; his sister Norma Taylor Puffenbarger; and his brother-in-law Larry Puffenbarger. He is survived by: his niece Vicki Webb (Terry) of Meadow Bluff, WV; his great-nephews, Desmond Puffenbarger, Jaise Puffenbarger and Wesley Webb (Alyssa) of Huntington, WV; his great-niece Sheena Baldwin Kilgore; his friend Bella; his pet Boston Terrier; his friends, Merresa Boggs, Pat Bell, Lisa Cornell and Kathy Remley; and also, Nora Jane Kilgore of Wendell, NC and Dominic Kilgore of Wendell, NC..
