He is survived by: his children, Scott Hylton (Melonie Stewart) of Forest Hill, WV, Shelley Brightwell (Steve) of Charleston, WV and Sarah Hylton of Beckley, WV; his siblings, Larry Hylton of Hinton, WV and Rita Hutchens of Piney View, WV; his grandchildren, Liz, John Brightwell and Annie Gallagher; and his great grandchildren, Colin, Claire and Cara Gallagher.
