He is survived by: his children, Timothy Clayton Ballard (Linda) of New Castle, PA, James Robert "Little Poody" Ballard of Hinton, WV, Ruth Ann Basham (Harold) of Jumping Branch, WV, Karen Pack (Herman) of Jumping Branch, WV, Robin Lynn Bragg (Greg) of Grandview, WV and Peggy Sue Ballard; and his half-brother Steve Ballard (Kim) of Beckley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pivont Funeral Home Chapel (100 Park Ave, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
