He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Plumley and Wilma Louise Shirey Plumley. He is survived by: his caregiver Mary Lynn Richmond Plumley; his children, Matthew Plumley of Beckley and Jillian Plumley of Ghent, WV; his stepchildren, Tyler Bennett of Duck, WV and Brittany DelRosario of Huntington, WV; his brother Tim Plumley (Pam) of Jacksonville, NC; his half-sister Nancy Jo Blankenship of Bluefield, WV; his nephew Jarrod Plumley of Jacksonville, NC; and his stepgrandsons, Noah and Tristen.
