She is survived by: her son Shawn Adkins (Candice Fox); her grandchildren, Jase and Karson Adkins of Hinton; her daughter Kara Adkins; her grandchildren, Alana Grace and Kinsley Bennett; her former husband Douglas Adkins; her close friend Glen Ennis; her brothers, Charles "Eddie" Ratliff (Sue) of Hinton, Billy Blackburn of Hinton, George Blackburn Jr. of Hinton and Dorsey Blackburn of Hilldale; and also, Alan Bennett of Hinton, Virginia "Ginger" Mansfield (Richard) of Hinton, Debbie Mounts (Steve) of Hinton, Jennie Hedrick of Charlotte, NC, Georgia Gaye Blackburn of Mac Arthur, Janie Mann of Hilldale and Kathy Blackburn of Hilldale.
