He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Plumley and Gladys Gill Plumley; and his brother Jackie Plumley. He is survived by: his wife Freda Romanello Plumley; his children, Christopher Plumley (Donna), Denise Meador (Eric) and Ryan C. Plumley; his sister Linda Von Derlinde; and his sister-in-law Garnett Plumley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
