We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2021, at the age of 88, Ruth Carol Richmond (Hinton, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Reed and Grace Holdren Reed; her husband Russell Richmond; her children, Karen Wenger and Wayne Richmond; and her brothers, Bob, Jesse, Alvin, Grover and Owen Reed.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark Richmond (Sandy) of Hix, Randall Richmond (Connie) of Hix, Greg Richmond of Hix and Kenneth Richmond (Michelle) of Cape Cod, MA; her grandson Jeffrey Richmond of Kansas City, MO; her sisters, Lois Kincaid of Grafton, OH, June Wood of North Ridgewood, OH and Jewell Thompson of North Ridgewood, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Jane Reed of Ohio and Janet Reed of Hinton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
