He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert I. Bennett and Gracie Bonds Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Ruby May Bennett; and his children, Ronald "Ronnie" Bennnett (Lisa Lester), Richard "Jake" Bennett (Cleo), Randall "Teddy" Bennett and Rebecca "Becky" Gill. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
