He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin R. Turner and Edith C. Cooper Wheeler Turner; his wife Polly Ann Eggleston Turner; and his daughter Sherri Renee Turner. He is survived by: his son Robert Wayne Turner (Jessica Lynn) of Lerona, WV; his half-brother John Wheeler of Glen Morgan, WV; his stepsiblings, Curtis Shumate (Pam) of Hurricane, WV, Dorothy Ann Meise (John) of Belair, MD, Martha Faulconer of Belair, MD and Vicki Cole of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Lilyann, Gracelyn, Joyanna and Maverick Turner.
