As Rheda departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rheda may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rheda leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Vandall and Margie Vandall; and her husband Rondeau Foose. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Burdette (Mike) of Grassy Meadows and Carlos Vandall (Linda) of Rainelle. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
