With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randall S. Ballard of Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on June 1, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Clayton; and his half-brother Charles F. Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ballard; his children, Lynette Ballard and Jarrod Ballard (Jessie); his grandson Rhett Ballard; his brother Steve Ballard (Kim); his nephew Matthew; and also William C. Ballard Jr..
