He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason T. Bennett and Madeline B. Fox Bennett. He is survived by: his sons, Chad of Ohio, Eddie Bennett of Ohio and Jamie Bennett of West Virginia; his brother Gary Bennett of Ohio; and his niece Madeline Bennett.
