He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin J. Bennett and Edna Blanche Farley Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Bennett; and his children, P. J. Bennett of Peterstown, Jessie Patterson of Hinton, Rebecca Garletts (Mike) of Hinton, Robin Anderson (Cameron) of Knoxville, TN and Stephanie A. Hale of Hinton. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
