She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Ellsworth and Ella Jane Cox Farley; her siblings, Norman, Marcus Farley, Carol Sue Waddell and Janice Meador; her stepsons, Danny, Teddy Mansfield, Phillip Harvey and Stephen Meadows; her stepgrandchild Jerry Dean Parker, II (J. D.); and her former husband Basil Green Harvey.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jack Harvey (Cathy) of Nimitz, Tom Harvey of Forest Hill, Judy Blevins (Ritchie) of Huntington, Beverly Harvey of Forest Hill, Martha Estes of Jumping Branch and Mary Nichols (Bob) of Jumping Branch; her adoptive daughter Sommer Carter (Jeff) of Caldwell; her brother Ronald Farley (Patty) of Bonita Springs; and her stepgrandchildren, Jackson, Bailey, Ethan, Kennedy Carter, Jayden, Jordan Parker, Corey and Joshua Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
