Tolbert of Hinton, WV and Robert D. Tolbert (Deanna) of Murfreesboro, TN; his stepchildren, Charlie Merriam (Julie), Laura Richmond of Murfreesboro, TN, Jerri Richmond of Greenville, WV and Carla Merriam of Hinton, WV; his siblings, John H. Tolbert (Linda) of Madams Creek and Anna Alice Tolbert Graham of Elk Knob; and his grandchildren, Caray, Dawson, Liam, Maddox and Alec Tolbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
