He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Dua Eva Light Allen; his wife Carol Sue Tabor Allen; and his brother Harold Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard G. Allen, Sr. (Verna) of Huntley, IL and Judith Kay Seeley (Don) of Hopewell, VA. He is also survived by six brothers-in-law, eight sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
