He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Roberts and Johnny Harrah of Hilldale, WV.; and his uncle Steve Mitchell. He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Adkins; his daughter Haley; his siblings, Jimmy Harrah (Jamee) of Liberty, Jonathan Harrah (Cora) of Lowell and Jeannie Erskine (Jamie) of Middleton; and his aunts and uncles, Leonard, Robert, Ronnie Harrah, Rick Bryce, Lena Brookman, Carolyn Allen, Sherry Phillips, Brenda Harrah, Wanda Sea, Bonnie Harrah and Donna Boelema. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, and many cousins.
