He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Basil and Mary Katherine Russell Richmond; and his siblings, Jimmy Russell, Jerry Richmond and Sarah Christine Richmond.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Richmond of Beckley and Christine Smith (Doug) of Elk Knob; his brothers, Ivan Richmod (Darlene) of Copley, OH, Omer Richmond (Sherry) of Danese, WV, Rex Richmond (Barbara) of Freezeland Mt and Doug Richmond of Bragg, WV; his grandchildren, Adrian, Marissa Handy, Dustin, Dillon and Cheyenne Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ecense Smith and Serenity Graham.
Those attending the visitation and funeral are asked to follow current COVID-19 guidelines with masking and social distancing.
