Zickafoose, Lawana Brothers and Sharon Whitkamper; his grandsons, Stephen Whitkamper and Derrick Zickafoose; and his siblings, Junior, Julian, Ernie Zickafoose and Helen Harless.
He is survived by: his children, Lenzy A. Zickafoose (Vicky) of Backus Mountain, WV and Lana Smith (Chuck) of Randleman, NC; his sisters, Mildred Pomeroy of Brooklyn, MD and Mary Hicks (David) of Greensboro, NC; his grandchildren, Stephanie Harris, Amy Zickafoose, Krista Zickafoose, Jason Zickafoose, Josh Brothers and Jeremy Campbell; his great grandchildren, Easton Campbell, Taylor Campbell, Bryce Derry, Lela Crookshanks, Adaleigh Brothers and Carter Harris; and his stepsons, Floyd Duncan (Brenda) of Meadow Bridge, Steve Duncan (Mary Pat) of Hinton, Stan Duncan (Donna) of Hinton, Bill Duncan (Kathy) of Pickerington, OH and Blaine Duncan.
