She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Willey and Katherine Young Willey; and her brother Eddie Willey. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Rice; her children, Lori Willey, Cody Rice (Kelsey), Teresa Bauer (Jeff) and Matt Rice (Leanna); her grandchildren, Kendall, Aaron, Autumn, Nate, Austin and Riley; her great grandchildren, Easton, Oliver and Aiden; her brother Johnny Willey; and her sister-in-law Connie Willey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
