It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia A. Hanger (Hinton, West Virginia), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Norris Wills and Lois Allen Wills; her husband Harvey "Hank" Hanger; and her sister Mary Ellen "Sity" Guthrie. She is survived by: her children, Len Hanger (Lee) of Fayetteville, WV, Rusty Hanger (Cheryl) of Bristol, TN and Lois Anne Nelson (Terry) of Thomas, WV; her grandson Len Allen Hanger (LeeAnne) of Little Mountain, SC; and her close friend Debbie Wykle. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many special friends.
