He is survived by: his wife Betty Hendrick; his sons, John Gilbert Hendrick (Cindy) and Michael Scott Hendrick (Anne); his grandchildren, Katie and Calvin; his sister-in-law Gladys Simasek (Bob); his nephew Robby Simasek; his nieces, Debby Lecktrecker and Teresa Benson; and his daughters, Danielle Richmond, Kim Parratto, Misa Okuma, Debby, Teresa and Janet Richmond.
