He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Clayton and Dorothy Mae Meadows Romanello; his granddaughter Felicity Romanello; and his siblings, Charles Romanello and Nellie Blackburn.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Romanello, Jr. (Michelle) of True and Joey Romanello (Chastity Ratliff) of Madams Creek; his close friend Sheila Adkins; his siblings, Johnny Romanello of Sebree, KY, Margaret Frye of Elkton, MD, Theda Harris (Daniel) of Hinton and Ella Pauley (Mark) of Doswell, VA; his grandchildren, Rochelle Romanello, Hannah Adkins, Joseph Romanello, Jr. and Jeremiah Romanello; and his great grandchild Isabelle Morey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
