He is survived by: his wife Norma Neely Meadows; his children, Cathy Mills (Pete) of Flat Top, WV, Tammy Carr (Michael) of Shady Spring, WV, Albert Meadows (Rachel) of Shady Spring, WV and Rachel Massard (Robert) of Jacksonville, FL; and his sisters, Doris Karnes of Spanishburg, WV, Faye Farley of Cool Ridge, WV, Rosie Meadows of Alexandria, VA and Ann Shumate of Rhodell, WV.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
