He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Henderson and Sally Ruth Burns Warf. He is survived by: his close friend Joy Lambert; his stepdaughter Cindy Merritt; his siblings, Wendal Warf, Billy Warf, Betty Jean Phipps and Cora Epps; and his stepgrandson Devin Merritt.
