He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Meadows and Gracie Mae Gill Meadows; and his siblings, Cronie Petrey and Fred Meadows. He is survived by: his siblings, Nellie Martin of Forest Hill, Frank Meadows (Marie) of Hinton, Jessie Meadows (Sue) of Marie, Oscar Meadows (Rita) of Charleston, Martha Cooper (Delbert) of Ballengee, Charles Meadows (Libby) of Hinton and Goldie Furrow (Phil) of Glade Springs; and his niece Peggy Bumgardner (Ronnie) of War Ridge. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
