She is survived by: her son Howard "Bernie" Neal (Anne) of Hinton; her granddaughter Cheri Hughes (Jess) of Oceana, WV; her great grandchildren, Brian and Andy Martin; her great great grandchildren, Lucas and Haley Martin; her stepgrandchildren, Tammy Cox (Larry) and Lee Roy Ward; her stepgreat-grandson Josh Cox; and her great great grandchild Matthew Ward.
