She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Adkins and Estella Adkins; her husband Clifford G. Adkins; her children, Joey, Larry, Rosa Adkins, Joyce Snow, Connie Adkins, Russel and Ronnie Adkins; her grandchildren, Angel Adkins, Casey Ward and Angela Petrey; her great grandchild Breanna Petrey; and her sister Ida Cook of Pipestem.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Adkins of Hinton, Betty Burgess of Hinton, George Adkins (Audrey) of Pipestem, Billy Adkins (Drema) of Hinton and Bonnie Ward of Hinton. She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren; sixty eight great grandchildren; twenty one great great grandchildren.
