He is survived by: his close friend Jean Yancey of Brooks, WV; his son Paul Allen Sears (Joyce) of Jumping Branch, WV; his grandchildren, Kaylee Farmer, Timothy Sears, Morgan Sears, Jacob Sears and Kendall Sears; his stepmother Georgia M. Sears of Hinton, WV; his siblings, Joe Sears of Brooks, WV and Addie Ward of Greenville, WV; and his stepsiblings, David Sears of Hinton, Roger Berry of Beckley, Bonnie Martin of Hinton, Rita Price of Beckley and Georgia Klosski of Beckley.
