He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Amos Plumley and Nellie M. Ward Plumley; his wife Rita Adkins Plumley; his siblings, Tommy R. Plumley and Norma Plumley Willett; and his nephew Tommy Reagan Plumley.
He is survived by: his brother J. Melvin Plumley (Vivian Plumley) of Hinton; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Willett of Punta Gorda, FL, Estell Adkins of Hinton and Betty Young Adkins of Hinton.
