He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Meadows and Gracie Mae Gill Meadows; his siblings, Cronie Petrey, Fred and Jackie Meadows; and his half-siblings, Hazel Lilly, Kathy Yates, Fred and Johnny Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Meadows; his children, Frank Meadows Jr. (Shawna), Timothy Meadows (Libby), Michael Meadows (Becky) and Vicki Meadows-Reliford (Melvin); his grandchildren, Jennifer Sparks (Tommy), Meghan Wheeler (Hannah), Joshua Meadows, Hailey Wheeler and Jacob Meadows (Ashton); his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Gabe, Josie Ann, Nora Lane, Maverick and Lynnox; and his siblings, Nellie Martin, Jessie Meadows (Sue), Oscar Meadows, Martha Cooper (Delbert), Charles "Ray" Meadows (Libby) and Goldie Furrow (Phil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
