She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Adkins and Rachel Adkins; her husband George Franklin Raines; her sons, Franklin Raines and Charlie Raines; and her siblings, Eddie Adkins, Lee Adkins and Mildred Adkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Raines of Hinton, Stevie Raines (Bonnie) of Hinton, James Raines (Verna) of Bluefield and David Raines (Amanda Martin) of Hinton; her siblings, Donnie Adkins of Hinton, Lonnie Adkins and Lula Lynch; and her close friend Doris Gill.
