He is survived by: his sons, Wilfred Adkins of Hinton and Vicent Adkins (Wanda) of Hinton; and his grandchildren, Aaron Adkins (Beth), Chris Adkins (Leighette), Kevin Adkins, Eric Adkins, Anthony Adkins (Teresa), Lisa Long, Larry McBride, Jr., Jessica McBride and Darnell McBride.
