He is survived by: his wife Sarah Persinger Thomas; his sons, Chris Thomas of Hilldale and Eric Thomas (Mellissa) of Hinton; his grandchildren, Robbie, Austin, Jammie and Jessica; and his niece Elizabeth Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
