She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Tallman and Clara Honaker Tallman; her husband Homer "Blub" Westmoreland; her daughter Jane Gibbons; her grandson Bill Gibbons; her siblings, Fred Tallman, Tom Tallman, Marie Maddy and Ruby "Tid" Garten; and her great grandchildren, Abbey Gibbons and Blake.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Stewart Gibbons of Tampa; her grandchildren, Terri Gibbons of Austin, Mike Gibbons (Earlene) of Selma, Traci Webb of Georgetown and Tim Gibbons (Cheryl) of Las Vegas; and her sister Ruth Noel of Hinton.
