She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Meadows and Donna Martin Meadows; and her sister Bonnie Woody. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Edward Adkins; her children, Tyler Adkins, Sakaoya Blackburn, Billie Nicole Blackburn and Billy Blackburn; her stepchildren, Shawn Adkins (Candice) and Kara Bennett (Alan); her grandchildren, Jase, Karson, Laelynn, Dalton, Alana and Kinsley; and her siblings, Betty Gill, Michael Meadows, Melba Woods and Pete Meadows. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
