He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cox Meador; his son Jeff (Christy) of Shady Spring; his stepson Steven (Shelda) of Hinton; his grandchildren, Chiana, Valerie, Emily, Morgan, Bella, Angelina, Alexandra, Lily, Evan and Andrew; and his siblings, Millie Woolridge of Waynesville and William "Toy" Meador (Orlene) of Lebanon, OH..
