She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Lee and Betty Jean Foster Meadows; her husband Dewey Wayne Palmer; and her sisters, Rita Fortner and Barbara Chaney.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Palmer of Montgomery and Christopher Palmer of Beaver; her grandchildren, Alec Wayne, Kaylee Lynn, Brayden, Emily Maddalinn "Maddi" Palmer, Alixis Bellamy and Nevaeh Burns of James; her great grandchild Ahla Meadows; her brothers, William Meadows (Kathy) of Hinton and Danny Meadows (Clara Mitchell) of Alderson; and her nieces, Tiffany Campbell and Rachel Mann.
