He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Tracy of Virginia Beach, VA, Paul Tracy of Bedford, VA and Marlene McLaughlin (Jimmy) of Hinton; and his nephews, Edward Cartier Jr., Johnny Cartier, Michael Cartier Sr., Chuck Tracy, Paul Tracy and Shawn Tracy.
