David Lawrence Reed Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lawrence Reed of Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Reed and Jeanette Reed. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Reed; his children, David Michael Reed and Kendall Reed Jones (Ryan); his grandchildren, Aleena Reed, Lilleigh Reed and Owen Jones; his stepgrandchildren, McKennah Wilborn, Rylee Wilborn and Brayden Walls; his uncle Jimmy Reed (Carolyn); and his siblings, Benny Dickenson (Pam), Kathy Reed, Stuart Reed, Brenda Caughey (Paul) and Mark Reed (Cherie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hinton (108 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951).
