Adkins of Hinton, West Virginia, born in Union, West Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Garland and Bonnie Sue Meadows Adkins; and his son Joseph Scott Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Alice Adkins; his daughter Samantha Adkins; his brother Scottie Adkins (Becky); his aunt Betty Oakes (Dave); his cousin Shelley; his uncle Kenny Meadows (Lisa); his cousin Billy Cales; and his close friends, Jeff Hurst and Gaye Shaver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
