He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Miller and Louise Adkins Miller; and his brothers, Robert Adkins and Basil Miller, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Miller of Hinton, Jackie Miller (Judy) of Lexington and Judy Ann Harless (Butch) of Beckley; and his close friend Martha Ruff of Hinton.
