He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay H. Toothman and Nellie V. Smith Toothman; his siblings, Dianna Carroll (Charles) of Hinton, WV, Kimberly Beverlin of Paden City, WV and Patrick Toothman of Grafton, WV; and his nephew Daniel L. Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Garrison Toothman of Wheeling, WV; his siblings, Judi Miller (Theodore Miller), Michael Toothman (Linda) of St. Mary's, WV and Mark Toothman (Ranette) of Bridgeport, WV; and his nephew Chad Carroll of Hinton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 in Daniels name.
